Dating back to pre-1900, the former Victoria Brewery site has been reinvigorated without losing its historic charm, the development turning the site into a vibrant urban village. The development comprises 428 apartments and 2,500 square metres of retail space.
J.Z. Lee completed the internal fitout of the existing historic building.
