The “South Wharf Development” is a new multi purpose development comprising a Commercial Office Tower, DFO Retail Centre & a residential low rise Apartment Building.
The project involved not only Base Building plastering works but was also inclusive of retail & office fitouts.
Part of the contract also involved reinstating internal linings to the “Wharf Sheds” along the Yarra River that are being converted into an indoor / outdoor dining promenade.
