The Herald Living Apartments were developed within the existing Herald and Weekly Times building. Originally completed in 1923, it is one of Australia’s finest examples of French inspired Beaux-Arts architecture.
The new development consists of a new commercial office tower and refurbishing the existing building for residential. J.Z. Lee was commissioned to the internal fitout of 59 Soho style apartments the existing six story building and the commercial tower.
