Freshwater Place is a unique and comprehensive urban redevelopment project that transforms and integrates the entire Southbank precinct. It consists of a commercial office tower and a residential tower.
J.Z. Lee was commissioned to the internal fitout of the 38 level commercial tower now leased by Pricewaterhouse Coopers.
